REFUND POLICY
Cash refunds are not offered. In case of size issues or damaged product, we offer exchange or the customer will be issued a coupon of same value, which you can use to shop from our store now or in future.

EXCHANGE POLICY
If there any damage or any fault or difference you find. Laibasjewellery will be responsible to change the product, the customer would have to send return parcel through PAKISTAN POST courier service at our Address.
Item can only be exchanged if its not the same as in picture
If Customer want to exchange any Article after receiving her/his order she/he must pay both side Delivery Charges as there was no issue from our end.
We allow all our clients to exchange their purchased articles, given that they have made the purchase in Pakistan.
Any Article purchased can be exchanged within 3 days
Exchange allowed only if the article is not used, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition, and then you are good to go ahead with the exchange.

After we have received the article, we will dispatch the new piece.

Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
